When you select UPS 2 or 3 day shipping UPS DOES NOT count the first day. So if you need your package in 2 days you should choose Overnight delivery. If you need it in 3 days choose 2nd Day Air. WE CANNOT CHANGE THIS. This is something that is out of our hands. Also if your orders are put in on Saturday or Sunday our warehouses will not receive them until Monday Morning. Orders generally ship in 2-3 business days. UPS's computers don't always estimate freight correctly. If your actual freight charge is going to be $5.00 or more higher than what is estimated we will charge your card for that amount. If it is $5.00 or more less then what is estimated we will refund your money for that amount as well. Out of Country Shipping other than Canada. Your shipping will not be added on your order we will send you an e-mail letting you know what shipping is and if you agree to pay the amount we will recharge your card and ship your parts right away. We do hope you have a worry free parts purchase but the facts of life are that sometimes that just isn’t possible. If it so happens that you need to return a part that you have purchased from us here are a few helpful hints to follow.
PLEASE OPEN AND CHECK ALL YOUR PARTS AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM.
MAKE SURE THERE IS NOTHING BROKEN AND YOU HAVE ALL THE CORRECT PARTS THAT YOU HAVE ORDERED.
That way we can get you the correct parts and you can get your tractor fixed and be running as soon as possible. Parts that are returned must have an RGA Number (Returned Goods Authorization) in order to be returned. If you return a part without and RGA you will be charged and extra $10.00 FEE
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unless the part is defective or you received the wrong part in error this will apply to all orders.
- You have 3 months from your purchase date to return items that are not defective and only be charged 20% Restocking Fee. 6 Months is the limit for Defective items.
- After 3 months the restocking fee goes up to 50%. I know some of you guys buy the parts in the summer and fix it in the winter. So that is why it is so important for you to check your parts as soon as you get the package. Make sure nothing broke in shipping and you received all the correct parts.
- If you are returning a part that is not defective we will charge you for the new part and give you credit when the old one is returned.
- On defective or mis-picked parts YOU ONLY HAVE 7 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR PART TO OUR WAREHOUSE OR YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PART. IF THERE IS GOING TO BE A DELAY CALL OUR OFFICE BEFORE THE 7 DAYS ARE UP.
- Once an RGA has been issued you have 14 days from that date to ship your item. After 14 days the RGA will be cancelled and your card will be charged.
